Roberto Ronci manages CMR, a company that specializes in precision steel carpentry, using machinery such as laser cutters for tubes, bending and welding robots. This “sister” company supplies all of the steel frameworks for Politecnica's products.
Luigi Cerquetella is a member of the Commission Mobili ISO. He is an expert in polyurethane and is also a recognized technician of mechanical workings and moulds.
Leonardo Grassetti is very well known in national and international bus and coach builder's circles. He has 32 years of involvement in the manufacture of passengers seating, working on the technical and commercial side and has been a visible presence at relevant exhibitions for almost three decades.

The wave of the originality stems from Politecnica's young staff which brings enthusiasm and innovation to the company's product development. Politecnica's has an international presence focusing on Ireland and UK, while in Italy Politecnica has a consolidated leadership at the top end of the coach seats market.
